It is always good to know that they are always in act to provide good service for their customers. In the first place it is their responsibility to take good care of their customers, so they should provide quality service. bestessay discount codehttp://www.essaysfactory.com/bestessaycom-review/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21270972.post-43246833607538135802010-09-25T10:39:30.989-04:002010-09-25T10:39:30.989-04:00I agree with Kernunnos13. Purchased 1st generation iPHone only to find that in my home( in most populated residential area of NW HIckory) Zero bars with AT&T. Found a spot on patio where I had two bars! Local office was "clueless" as their info showed "good" reception (aka one bar). Promise of improvement never came. Returned iPhone and went Blackberry & back to Verizon. They rule(we know from experience) world wide for reception. Would love iPhone to partner with Verizon! Then I could have best cell service AND a MAC computer!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21270972.post-11567320600965039202010-09-11T16:09:34.326-04:002010-09-11T16:09:34.326-04:00My fingers are crossed for a T-mobile iPhone. ATT really doesn't understand or is simply uninterested in what we have to say.
I also have to point out the horrible grammar in the letter. Senior level management should be able to work out language syntax before mailing a letter to thousands of folks. Just one more example of why ATT is a #FAIL.
In the bigger picture it makes me wonder why we spend so much on a convenience in the first place. I really like having a cell phone. However, I could live without it. Living without a cell phone could even be a welcome disconnection from being so available all the time. Habit, not necessity, makes us reach for our phones 99.9% of the time I would guess.Zoobarbhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07024502939141924710noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21270972.post-53604320287377884922010-09-09T08:27:07.694-04:002010-09-09T08:27:07.694-04:00Even Apple misunderestimated the overwhelming dema...Even Apple misunderestimated the overwhelming demand for the iPhone. If they had licensed to multiple providers from the beginning, they wouldn't have swamped any one company's network. AT&T also overpromised what they could deliver in an effort to get the exclusive contract.Milton Feasleynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21270972.post-82757431447242270882010-09-09T07:39:06.270-04:002010-09-09T07:39:06.270-04:00ATT has been doing this song and dance for years.
...ATT has been doing this song and dance for years.

Aobut 4 years ago, I had gotten a new contract with AT&T, only to find I had no coverage at all at my home. I had to leave the house and go to the end of the block to get at least one bar.

After multiple complaints, I was told that they were in the process of upgrading the signal in my area. Never happened.

It took a constant issue with the monthly billing and a threat of an investigation by the FTC to get out of my contract.

So far, Verizon has been better. Not great, but much better.Kernunnos13noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21270972.post-57195378801102198862010-09-09T07:24:57.144-04:002010-09-09T07:24:57.144-04:00I will be courious to see how many jump ship and i...I will be courious to see how many jump ship and if the Verizon network chokes just like the ATT did/does with the load demand,Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21270972.post-7437339027747805722010-09-09T04:58:06.414-04:002010-09-09T04:58:06.414-04:00It used to be when you told AT&T about an area...It used to be when you told AT&T about an area of bad signal they would run out and put a new cell tower or transmitter and get things up tp par. Now they just talk about how towns won't allow this and won't allow that and do nothing. Meanwhile, the first post pretty much sums up the Verizon experience.Brucehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17643648692207462489noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21270972.post-66151770815027072412010-09-08T22:07:46.872-04:002010-09-08T22:07:46.872-04:00Unfortunately for those of us in rural areas,(Mock...Unfortunately for those of us in rural areas,(Mocksville) we're still on the Edge network and likely will be for the foreseeable future. It's way too tempting to jump ship for Verizon as we see all our acquaintances with Verizon service boasting 5 bars 3g service all around us.Timothy Whitsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03746100849529848138noreply@blogger.com
