I think the video looks speeded up. If played in real time, all those apps load about as fast as they do on my computer, which is running Vista Premium 64 bit. In fact, Photoshop CS3 32 bit loaded a lot faster than CS4 64 bit does, albeit in one second rather than 2.
That is very true. I have been running the Beta since release. It's definitely much faster than Vista and even a bit quicker than XP on my machine. My only complaint with it is Internet Explorer 8. But, that was easily remedied with Firefox.

I have the beta running in VMWare fusion on my Mac. It's OK. Nothing groundbreaking or earth shattering.
It's windows, not much else to say. If they did improve performance and reduce resource usage, that would be good and needed.
