Microsoft's Zune HD coming this fall

Microsoft's long rumored Zune HD will hit store shelves this fall. Users will be able to surf the Web, play HD movies and listen to digital radio.

The unit will come with an HD radio tuner, is based on Windows CE and will use a version of Internet Explorer customized for its touch screen.

Pricing was not announced.

I love the hardware, zune software, and the HD Radio.

Touchscreen only controls just don't work all that well for mediaplayers. I like actual buttons for play/pause, volume control etc.

I hope they don't phase out the higher capacity players either.
